Hire Period:
Length of hire is generally 3 days, unless otherwise arranged:
Day 1 - pick-up/delivery2 - event3 - return/pick-up
Booking and Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total hire amount is required at the time of booking. Payment of the full balance is due 14 days prior to the function date.
Payment is required to be made in full at time of booking for orders of £50.00 or less.
We will endeavour to accommodate any special requests regarding themes or colours, however specific items or patterns of china cannot always be guaranteed.
Any changes may be made up to 12 noon the day before pick-up/delivery - subject to stock availability.
Cheques should be made payable to: Fiona & John Hogwood.
We do also accept payment through Paypal or by direct bank transfer - please contact us if you wish to use either of these methods.
Cancellation:
Notice of any cancellation should be given as soon as possible, and must be confirmed by letter.
No refund will be made if booking is cancelled within 14 days of function date, except at the discretion of the proprietors.
Damages:
Please check all items on arrival at your venue and let us know as soon as possible if there are any damages. Likewise, all items will be checked upon their return to The Green Cockatoo and an invoice raised for any substantial breakages or losses. We do however, accept that minor damages are inevitable.
All our items require a certain amount of gentle handling, so please return them in the packaging provided.
