Vintage China and Accessory Hire - Event and Concierge Support
Hire Period:
Length of hire is generally 3 days, unless otherwise arranged:
Day 1 - pick-up/delivery2 - event3 - return/pick-up
Booking and Payment:
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Payment of the full balance is due 14 days prior to the function date.
We will endeavour to accommodate any special requests regarding themes or colours, however specific items or patterns of china cannot always be guaranteed.
Any changes may be made up to 12 noon the day before pick-up/delivery - subject to stock availability.
Cheques should be made payable to: Fiona & John Hogwood.
Cancellation:
Notice of any cancellation should be given as soon as possible, and must be confirmed by letter.
No refund will be made if booking is cancelled within 14 days of function date, except at the discretion of the proprietors.
Damages:
A separate returnable deposit of £100 is required along with final balance, paid by separate cheque. This will be returned to you on the safe return of all items.
Please check all items on arrival at your venue and let us know as soon as possible if there are any problems.
