We have helped to set up and run many weddings since 2009 and understand
that every event is unique, so the support that we offer is flexible.
We are here for you and will tackle whatever is needed to ensure that your day
runs without a hitch.
Our services include:
A Helping Hand - set-up/break down service
(General set-up the day before, or the morning of an event, then clear after evening finish or next morning)
We know things can be a little hectic leading up to an event, so we can set up a venue on your behalf to help out. We discuss your requirements beforehand, either by phone, email or meeting, and can even take pictures of your table layout to ensure that is is exactly as planned!
We come as a pair and can clear a venue immediately after an event, or come in early the next morning to lend a helping hand with the packing up and/or returning of items. Book us by the hour (£50.00 for two people) and we'll take care of everything*.
Event support on the day - available as and when required, based on an hourly rate.
Many of the more DIY venues don't come with their own manager or coordinator to run things on the day, so we can come in and do this on your behalf.
We are very hands-on and will make sure that suppliers arrive and set-up on time, set-up everything (tables, names cards etc) we have pre-arranged with you, help serve/clear food, supervise any staff and ensure that your planned schedule is followed to eliminate any delays in times for meals etc. We charge £65 per hour for a team of two, additional staff can be provided if required*.
