We have helped to set up and run many weddings and events since 2009 and 

understand that every event is unique, so the support that we offer is flexible.

​

We will tackle whatever is needed to ensure that your day runs without a hitch.

We offer hands on help and will always be there for you. We come as a pair,

as it’s always faster with an extra pair of hands!

 

Our services include:

Wedding PA

We can help with anything that you need during your wedding planning; or can be your support in Scotland if you are planning from overseas. This could be from 12 months or even 12 weeks before the day, depending on your requirements.

​

Think of us as your wedding PA, there to help whenever you need us.

​

We can help with any tedious or time-consuming tasks to take away the strain. We will keep you updated regularly as we go along, as communication and customer care are key for us. We can tackle many things including…

​

Planning:

• Help find venues or suppliers

• Communication with suppliers

• Source equipment

• Help with creating a theme

• Timeline creation and troubleshooting

• Collate guest replies

​

Destination weddings:

• Work in Scotland on your behalf

• Visit and photograph venues

• Liaise with suppliers

• Source items

• Storage of items before you arrive

• Transportation of items to venue

Cost: starting from £450*, depending on requirements

​​​​Event Support on the Day.

Many of the more DIY venues don't come with their own manager or coordinator to run things on the day, so we can come in and do this on your behalf.

​

​We arrive 90 minutes prior to the ceremony commencing and stay through to early evening – up to a maximum of 10 hours. Any additional hours can be discussed before bookings are confirmed.

​

What do we do?

• Timeline checks before the day

• Suppliers and celebrant coordination

• Check and complete any finishing décor touches

• Discreet problem solving

• Ensure schedule is followed to eliminate any delays

• Point of contact for guests and suppliers

• Supervise any staff 

• Manage room changes – ceremony/dinner/evening.

Cost: Full hands-on support from 2 members of experienced staff beginning from 90 mins before the ceremony for up to 10 hours is £1250*     Additional time £75* per hour

 

Set up and clear up

General set-ups support the day before, or the morning of an event, and/or clear after evening finish or next morning. We know things can be a little hectic on the day before an event - or sometimes you just can't be there in person yourself.

We come as a pair and can turn a hand to any type of set up, or clearing of a venue after an event. We can happily come in early the next morning to lend a helping hand with the packing up and/or returning of items.

 

Set up

We come in to help get things done - we discuss your requirements beforehand, either by phone, email or meeting, and can even use pictures of your table layout or decorations to ensure that it is exactly as planned if you are not there.

Cost: Up to a maximum of 6 hours support is £385*

​

Clear up after the event.​

It’s always faster to clear up, but harder if it’s 9am after a party the night before! We can help you take care of all the bits and pieces and repack everything securely ready to take away.

Cost: Up to a maximum of 4 hrs is £285*

​

Small event coordination

Helping hands with smaller event: birthday parties, funerals & private dining

Sometimes all you need is a couple of extra people to help run things, leaving you to enjoy the event with your guests. We can come in and keep things ticking over for you, looking after everyone and clearing and tidying as we go along.

 

Cost: £75* per hour

 

The small print:

All prices are exclusive of travel costs - if applicable

We are unable to decorate at height with bunting/fairy lights/draping

After discussion with clients, we will advise whether any additional staff are required before the booking is confirmed, this will be charged at £25 per hour for each member of staff.
