We are professionally qualified and have extensive experience in event

management. We understand that every event is unique so the support that we

offer is flexible and will be tailored specifically to your requirements -

this will be determined through mutual agreement during an initial meeting

or by email. Our services include:

Destination Weddings and Events

We are happy to offer long distance support for those planning or arriving for destination weddings and events - let us be your eyes and ears on the ground here in Scotland so everything is in place for your arrival. Contact us for further information on this personally tailored service*.

A Helping Hand: 

Set-up/break down service - generally the day before, or the morning of an event then evening finish/next morning.

We know things can be a little hectic leading up to an event, so we can set up a venue on your behalf to help out. We discuss your requirements beforehand, either by phone, email or meeting, and can even take pictures of your table layout to ensure that is is exactly as planned! 

We come as a pair and can clear a venue immediately after an event, or come in early the next morning to lend a helping hand with the packing up. Book us by the hour (£50.00 for two people) and we'll take care of everything for you*.

Event support - available as and when required, based on an hourly rate.

Many of the more DIY venues don't come with their own coordinator to run things on the day, so we can come in and do this on your behalf.

We are very hands-on and will make sure that suppliers arrive and set-up on time, set-up everything (tables, names cards etc) we have pre-arranged with you, supervise any staff and ensure that your planned schedule is followed to eliminate any delays in times for meals etc. We charge £35 per hour for the lead member of staff, and £25.00 per hour for any subsequent staff*. 

 

Help with finding suppliers or tracking down specific items can be priced individually if required.

Final Countdown Co-ordination

25 hours over two/three days - £750* This includes set-up, supervision and coordination - dedicated assistance from noon the day before the event until noon the day after. This includes regular communication with clients from the time of booking up to the day of the event and all requirements will be pre-agreed during an initial planning meeting.

We can:

  • Liaise with suppliers ahead of time

  • Confirm timings

  • Receive deliveries

  • Pre-event set-up the day before/on the day

  • Supervision of event suppliers/staff on the day

  • Hands-on coordination on the day

  • Clear up and finalise any packing or returns post-event

  • Any other duties as and when required
